FOLF Group Coaching Sessions
These are total-body fitness classes designed to challenge you in every way possible so you get immediate results.  You receive a FOLF Food Journal for tracking meals to recognize your eating habits and make improvements.  We run our group coaching sessions every 4 weeks to prevent adaptation so your body is constantly challenged to see greater results.  Each session is approx. 60 minutes in length and leaves you feeling pumped-up and more energized than ever before!  We are here to motivate and guide you down the right path to greater health and fitness starting today.

Please bring to your sessions:
   * Exercise mat or towel
   * Filled water bottle for hydration
   * 2 sets of dumbbells (women: 5lbs. - 10lbs. / men: 8lbs. - 15lbs.)
   * Appropriate footwear (cross training shoes suggested)
   * Appropriate workout attire (dry-wick/air-wick apparel suggested)
   * Weightlifting gloves (optional but recommended)
   * A positive, healthy attitude and a smile on your face!

Anyone of any active/ability level can join our group coaching sessions as we properly know how to regress and progress any exercise to best fit your needs.
Register for our 4-week FOLF group coaching session from March 11 through April 7, 2012.  Choose the best option that works for you and your schedule. Group coaching sessions are currently held at Valley Village Park in North Hollywood.  More detailed information will be emailed to you upon registration.

     Tues/Thurs - 7:00am

3 Group Coaching Sessions / Week for 4 Weeks Starting 3/11/12 - $240:

     Tues/Thurs/Sat - 7:00am / Sat 8:30am

     Tues/Thurs/Sat - 8:00am / Sat 8:30am

     Mon/Wed/Sat - 7:00pm / Sat 8:30am

     Tues/Thurs/Sat - 6:00pm / Sat 8:30am

     Tues/Thurs/Sat - 7:00pm / Sat 8:30am

Single group coaching sessions are available for $25/class. Email Admin@FullOfLifeFitness.com to see what classes are available for you to join.
* If you don't see your preferred day and time above, please email us at Admin@FullOfLifeFitness.com to let us know.  If we get a large enough response for the same day and time, we will be happy to add a group coaching session for you!

Please Read Our Policies:

1.  Group coaching sessions are be held rain or shine because nothing is going to hold us back! :)

2.  Full payment must be made on or before the first day of your 4-week session.

3.  All participants must sign a health and liability waiver on or before the first day of a coaching session.

4.  Group coaching sessions purchased are only valid for the 4-week session you signed-up for. Missed coaching sessions are not reimbursed and all sessions are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. In certain extreme medical situations, with proper notice and a valid doctor's prescription waiver, you may receive credit toward future sessions.

5.  Group coaching sessions start promptly at the start time, so please make every effort to be on-time as the warm-up is very important.

6.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

7.  There is a $25 returned check fee.

8.  We reserve the right to cancel a 4-week session if not enough people are signed-up for the group coaching sessions. If this happens, anyone who has paid will receive a full refund.
