FOLF Hollywood Half Marathon Training Program
Run with like-minded individuals and train for 13.1 miles! Coach Heather Binns, CPT provides a pre-conditioning program, the race training program, coaching advice and motivation to get you across that finish line with a smile on your face :)
Training starts January 29, 2012 at Griffith Park in Los Angeles and race day is on April 7, 2012. The group meets on Sunday mornings and occasionally runs on the race route. If you do not live close, we will send you the training program via email and you can join us on race day! Or, just use this training program for any half marathon of your choice at anytime.
The FOLF training program incorporates race/training nutrition, various stretching techniques, strength training, and long/short run training so you can Finish the Hollywood Half Marathon with Pride! No running experience necessary; all running levels welcome.
The entire FOLF training program includes a pre-conditioning program, race training program, group runs (or training program via email if you are not local), coaching advice and motivation all for only $135 for the entire season! Once you register for our team, we will email you our special group discount code to get $20 off of the race registration!
Note: The $135 training program fee does not include race registration. You register for the race on your own via the race website with our Full Of Life Fitness discount.
