FOLF Customized Sports Training
We offer training continually throughout the year for various race distances of your choice:
* Marathons
* Half Marathons
* 10Ks / 5Ks
* Triathlons
* Century Rides
* Adventure Races
You can either join our FOLF Team for specific races we choose, or you can train for any race of your choice with our guidance. Or, you can have us help you select a race based upon what you are looking to accomplish.
Your program will include a weekly training schedule incorporating stretching/strength training, nutrition/training fuel guidelines, and regular communication with the coach. You can also have us join you on your workouts if you need extra motivation and support. Just contact us with what you, or your group, desires to accomplish.
