What’s so different about doing a jeans challenge rather than another weight-loss program? It is completely different. This approach leads to long-term results, rather than a quick fix.
Too many people have spent a lifetime being a slave to the scale, giving that metal, inanimate object way too much power over what kind of day they will have. We have found using strength training as a priority
for your workouts will get you down 2 sizes faster than anything. The catch is, the scale becomes a very unreliable indicator of your progress. When you gain lean body mass, boosting your metabolism and helping you to burn off fat, completely reinventing your body, the scale might not show this, but your jeans and belt size will.
The fantastic thing about using jeans is that they can be any size. You might start as a size 12 and want to be a size 8, or you might be a size 18 and want to wear size 14. It doesn’t matter. These are your skinny jeans that you want to rock.
For only $497 (less than $13 every time we meet) you get 8 weeks of motivation, direction, accountability, guidance and push so you can reach your goal! Week one starts February 6th and includes:
• 4 group fitness coaching sessions every week at 5:45am (no excuses)!
• 1 accountability meeting every week!
• Daily “Rock Your Jeans” journal with nutritional recommendations and tracking tools!
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
• Bring in a pair of jeans from your closet or buy a pair you want to fit into; jeans must be at least 2 sizes too small.
Men bring a belt in which you’d like to fit better.
• We will take a picture of you trying to get‘em on; over a pair of colored spandex shorts or pants.
• We keep your jeans at Full of Life Fitness and you can try‘em on throughout the challenge.
• You will have 8 weeks to get into your jeans/belt…
• ....at the end of the challenge you’re a winner if you can say “I CAN FIT INTO MY SKINNY JEANS!”
